What strategy could Seiko take to capture the high-end market?
The problem of Seiko, I thought might be the branding problem. No doubt that Seiko's R&D is powerful, but it branding strategy was a mass. 2 sub-company lead to various brand, easily to get confused. And now it turns to what to do , and how to do.
Could Seiko recombine its product and classify them to different target market?
